Here are some Wines that we highly recommend you give a try the next time you pay us a visit!

White Wines

Pax “Venus”, 06 Sonoma County…here is a very rare White “Meritage” that is a blend of Marsanne & Viognier. it drinks like a high-end White Burgundy with pretty aromas of melons, citrus, apple and even popcorn. there are few restaurants in the country that can boast having this amazing white wine on their list. it’s super-rare for sure and you’ll have to pay the price of $80 if you want to give it a shot!

Trefethen Chardonnay, 06 Napa, Oak Knoll District…here is an amazing Chardonnay from one of Napa’s oldest wineries! it’s lean and ripe with delicate, light oaking instead of the massive butter notes one usually expects from Napa. it’s also at a great price of $44 which is a steal for an all-napa quality chardonnay.

Littorai Pinot Noir, 06 Russian River Valley, Les Larmes Vineyard…unfortunately for us all, Littorai’s pinot noirs are now among the most sought after in all of California. for what that means is that they have sky-rocketed in price over the last five years. but if you are looking for one of the most beautiful expressions of top-notch cali pinot noir, this is worth the price of admission. long, ripe aromas of wild raspberries, pretty spice, candied cherry, cola and white pepper make this a sure-fire bet to impress any pinot lover.  $100

Fog Bank Cabernet Sauvignon, 05 Paso Robles…although the Paso Robles appellation is known more for producing great Syrah and other Rhone varietals, the fact is that there Cabernets are quickly making quite a name for themselves! and the best part of this region’s “cab-renaissance” is that they don’t cost nearly as much as a quality Napa selection does. proof of this lies in this limited bottling from Fog Bank vineyards. this full-bodied 05 vintage Cabernet is showing beautifully with dark, dense, chewy notes of cocoa, malted chocolate, black cherry and tobacco. it’s very impressive in it’s youth and should age well for another 3-5 years.  $45
