Charity Night Benefiting Epworth Children’s Home – June 11, 2019!

Please join us at Mr. Friendly’s and Solstice Kitchen for dinner on Tuesday, June 11th, to raise money for Epworth Children’s Home! Both restaurants will be donating 15% of their total dinner sales to Epworth’s worthy cause.

Children come to Epworth through private and government placement, as a result of a fractured family system where children have experienced abuse, neglect or significant loss. Over 70 staff members surround nearly 80 children with an array of services to meet their emotional, physical and educational needs. Situated downtown in the heart of the city, Epworth is located on 32 peaceful acres.

Epworth’s history has shown that when the community stands together, investing in comprehensive care transforms the life of a child. We would love for you all to join on this special night, raising money for these kids who desperately need our support!

Our Chefs will also be creating a new and delicious dessert, to be paired with Epworth’s Ice Cream, their flagship fundraising effort. You’d be crazy to not save room for it!

Wines for Charity Week, Sept.26th – Oct.1st

Join us to raise money for all those still in need in Louisiana!

In August massive flooding devastated the southern part of the state, leaving many displaced. Columbia residents are no stranger to the destruction flooding can cause, as we were in a similar situation in October 2015. Many Louisiana residents stepped up and helped us when we needed it the most, and we are happy to be able to do the same! Starting Monday, September 26th, we will be donating 20% off all dine-in wine sales to the American Red Cross Louisiana Capital Area-West Chapter. Not just for the one night, but for the whole week…and not just at Mr. Friendly’s, but also at our sister restaurants Cellar on Greene & Solstice Kitchen.  That gives you an entire week, and three different restaurants to pick from, to give back. It’s as simple as drinking wine!
