Monday, September 1st -We will be closed this Monday in observance of Labor Day and in order to perform some cleaning and do some repairs to the restaurant. We will reopen on Tuesday morning.
Wednesday, September 3rd -Come join Daniel Morrison for our “Unknown Wines From Down Under” wine tasting. We will be featuring unique and less known varietals from Australia. The cost is $5 and will last from 5:30-6:30.
Saturday, September 5th -Come and join the Solstice wine team for another fantastic Giant wine sale/free tasting. The sale ill last from 12-2 and will have the best wine deals imaginable at one of the two best restaurants in Columbia. Seriously, where else do you really get to try the wine before you buy it?
Wednesday, September 10th -Merlot is back and it is better than ever!!! Anyone who wnats to dispute this can come and see for themselves tonight as we showcase some incredible Merlots for only $5 a person. There are some incredible Merlots out on the market and Daniel Morrison/Paul Giamitti will be blowing your mind with them from 5:30-6:30 on the patio.
Wednesday, September 17th -tonight we celebrate the much anticipated “Dining With Dogs” wine dinner on our patio. The doggie four-course dinner will be provided by Three Dog Bakery and the human four-course will be prepared by none other than Chef Ricky Mollohan. The menu and cost will be coming soon. There will be no wine tasting tonight.
Wednesday, September 24th -Tonight’s wine tasting ill feature some of Gallo’s “Secret Wines.” I have said too much already. If you want to know more come see us tonight from 5:30-6:30 and bring $5.
Wednesday, October 1st -Tonight’s $5 wine tasting will feature some incredible wines that you wouldn’t even know came from New York State. There are some great wine makers in New York and we will be here to prove it so come and join us tonight from 5:30-6:30.
