-Next Wednesday June 24th…join us for a new Wednesday “Event” that we’ll offer throughout the Summer of 09 EVERY Wednesday night from 5:30-7:00!
Introducing our White Wine Flight Paired Two-Course! Here’s how it works…each week we’ll feature a different flight of Three White Wines that are perfect for the summer and pair them with a two-course meal for an all-inclusive price. we’ll kick it off with Mr. Tony McNeill of Southern Wine & Spirits as he’ll be pouring three amazing Sauvignon Blancs from Brancott Vineyards of New Zealand!
Brancott recently DOMINATED the Wine Spectator rankings of New Zealand wines and we’ll be sampling three different bottles of their Sauv Blanc! From their standard 08 bottling, to their reserve offering, to a single-vineyard selection, we’re talking three highly-rated Sauv Blancs AND a two-course dinner for only $25 a person!
As for the two-course dinner, you’ll start with a Citrus-Cilantro Ceviche of Bay Scallops & NC Shrimp with mandarin oranges, wonton chips & sriracha aioli. And for your main course, we’ll be offering your choice of Ginger-Soy Seared Salmon or a “TBA Fish” (we’ll see what our fish guy has that morning) with pineapple beurre blanc, herbed crab salad, creamy grits and sauteed veggies.
No reservations, just show up BEFORE 7:00 to enjoy this fantastic deal!
Wine Flight is available separately for $8.
